How is the program structured?
There are 6 educational modules and a separate Flare mode. Each one has science-backed tools that can really help you to manage your symptoms, as well as provide lots of helpful information.
We recommend you to do 1 module per week making a weekly plan to practice the CBT tools, but go at a pace that suits you. The important thing is putting the tools into action in your daily life. They build up as you work through the program.
